Over 2000 years ago, St. Paul wrote to the Ephesians with words that express my gratitude for you, “Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy, for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ from the time you first heard it until now (1:3).”
As your Pastor, I am in a very blessed to both participate in and witness to Christ’s work continuing among us through our Parish Spiritual, Social and Service Ministries. I am honored to witness the love of God each day in our Parish community. This past weekend, we came together to renew our commitment to enable and to further our sacred mission through the Good News: Stewards in Ministry Commitment Weekend.
During the challenges of these past couple of years our Parish has responded with faith and resiliency. Thank you for your continued goodness, which enables our parish to thrive as we express our gratitude for every good gift through worship, find vision and strength through the Scriptures, are enriched by the Sacraments, foster prayer, educate, evangelize, and serve — in short, to love one another as God loves us.
