Since 1972 the Knights of Columbus has sponsored its Free Throw Championship for boys and girls the ages to provide and athletic outlet and encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition.

Competition is open to boys and girls between the ages of 9 to 14

Winners from each age group will advance to the district contest. There they compete against the winners from other parishes in our district, including St. Phillips in Clifton and St. Francis in Wanaque.

Those winners will then compete against winners from the other districts in the Paterson Diocese.

Finally, all winners from the Paterson Diocese will compete in the State Contest against the winners from the other NJ Dioceses.
